Be ready before the storm!There are a number of issues that can arise when a large storm or hurricane hits your area. We would like to provide you some good practices that you should use to prepare for when the time arises.
What Should I Do Before the Storm?
Back Up Your Data
You don't want to loose your data!-
Backup documents to a cloud based storage solution.

Create a Backup via external hard drive using Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner
Equipment
When possible unplug.-
Make sure you have working surge protectors.

If not in use, it is best to unplug equipment from the wall.

Unplug all digital accessories

Unplug all ethernet cables from the wall.

Move your equipment to a higher area.
